As a Miami Beach native and graduate from the University of Miami, this Real Estate Professional brings to the table not only unparalleled industry knowledge but an extensive legal background. Scarlet is uniquely qualified to help her clients through the whole transaction from showings to closings.  She has experience as a realtor, paralegal, title agent and property manager and understands every facet of the real estate business. She extends that experience to her clients, meticulously guiding them through each stage of the buying or selling process, and proactively addressing her clients concerns and questions. 

Her legal background is a plus when it comes to helping her clients review loan and mortgage documents, tax structures, rental and sales contracts, easement agreements, covenants, condominium and property management associations, along with all of the detailed documents involved in Real Estate transactions for both buyers and sellers. Her passion for Law, Real Estate, Design, and Architecture give her a competitive edge amongst her peers; allowing her to provide the best services to first time buyers or those just simply adding to their investment portfolios. 

Born in Cali, Colombia, Scarlet moved with her family to Miami in 2000. She is proud to have made South Florida her home and enjoys living and working in a dynamic and diverse metropolitan city that is growing with each passing day. Scarlet has a B.A. from the University of Miami and is a Notary Public. She has traveled worldwide and has lived abroad in Germany and New York. Her worldwide travels, and fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and German enables her to provide her clients a personalized service. Scarlet also believes in giving back to the community and participates in the Surfrider Foundation.
