Rowena Luna is an accomplished bilingual marketing and graphic design executive with over twenty years of experience and the recipient of various design, print, and marketing awards for her distinguished work. Rowena joined RelatedISG International Realty in September 2014 as Marketing Director to manage all RelatedISG International Realty marketing efforts along with maintaining real estate relationships. She develops corporate and agent marketing strategies, creates and enhances programs and projects, manages corporate events and supervises the creation and production of promotional materials and collateral.
Rowena spearheaded the complete rebranding of RelatedISG International Realty and designed, developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing program including print, digital and social media, which was highly influential in the growth of the company’s agent workforce from 56 agents in 2014 to over 500 agents in 2019. In 2018, she directed the implementation of an automated online design-to-print platform for use by the realtor associates and most recently, in 2020, she directed the design and content for the RelatedISG International Reality website upgrade including personalized agent websites and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, offering significant tools for growing their individual real estate businesses.
Prior to joining the company, Rowena was Principal and Creative Director of LeftRight Design, Inc., a graphic design company involved in the conceptualization and execution of visual design solutions for clients in various industries including corporate, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, marketing and public relations, real estate, technology, travel and tourism to name a few.
In 2005, Rowena landed at Fortune International Realty, where she worked as the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director, honing her real estate marketing expertise. While at Fortune, she was responsible for the design and production of Fortune’s advertising and marketing collateral elements as well as new development branding and brochures. Rowena also undertook the ongoing branding and marketing projects for the 750+ individual residential and commercial realtor associates across 12 offices in South Florida.
Rowena was born in Guatemala and raised in Miami, Florida. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Miami, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. In 2001, she created and founded an arts mentoring program for neglected and disadvantaged children called ArtOpiA, which became a yearly program at New World School of the Arts from 2001 to 2016 and one of her most rewarding personal achievements surpassed only by her daughter.
