“I learned the real estate business from the best, Broker Tomas at Oceanaire Realty,” says Morra. “It’s great that RelatedISG International recognized the talent of the Oceanaire group when they contacted us to merge with them. I am so excited for the new opportunities this will afford: marketing, training, and support of this first-class organization.”
Born and raised in South Florida, Gianni has been fortunate to live in various parts of the state – Miami, Naples, east coast towns, and even the Keys. He believes that each town offers its own distinct atmosphere and flavor. He believes the people, businesses, and natural environment all contribute to a magnificent culture destination.
Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish and Italian, Gianni specializes in working with both national and international clients. Even though his geographic scope is extensive, Gianni is passionate about the City of Weston. He is drawn to the beauty and tranquility of the nearby Everglades and Big Cypress Preserve and admires how the city designers blended the natural beauty of the area with a smart and practical city plan. Everything is clean and conveniently located, with amazing landscaped common areas, safe gated communities, A+ schools, a family-centered atmosphere, and an active healthy lifestyle. He believes Weston is one of the best places to live in South Florida. His favorite part of Weston, however, are the people, a diverse group of cultures that cohabitate in harmony. “It’s a great place to call home and raise a family,” says Morra, “Weston truly is an oasis.”
He started in the real estate business because he enjoys interacting, meeting different people, and giving back to the community. He is a proud member of the Homes For Heroes program, where part of his commission is given back to first responders, healthcare workers, educators, and military personnel, helping them offset the costs of buying or selling a home. “I feel privileged to help all my clients on what may be the most important transaction of their lives,” says Morra, “and with Homes For Heroes, I get to give back to the men and women who serve us everyday.”
