As Chief Marketing Officer, Veronica Escobedo brings great expertise in the field and is in charge of the creative for all the marketing materials relating to the developments at ISG World. Veronica’s proven track record of success makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
In 2005, Veronica began her career with ISG World as a marketing coordinator after graduating from Florida International University as an Advertising major and Marketing minor. During her five years with ISG World she learned about the real estate industy and how to implement the proper marketing strategies for some of the most successful developments such as Trump Ocean Club in Panama, Trump International Golf Club Residences in Puerto Rico, MEI and Vizcayne- to name a few. In addition, Veronica has been a key player in the delivery of multi-million dollar sales and marketing budgets, creating local, national and international advertising campagins, designing ads and sales materials and launched ISG’s now famed “Miami Report,” which provides individuals with a comprehensive study of the South Florida condo market.
Prior to joining ISG World, Veronica briefly left and became the Regional Marketing Director for Florida at Winthrop Management. Based in Boston, Winthrop manages over 6,000 residential units throughout the US, and provides commercial and residentail property management. With a portfolio that is valued over $3.8 billion, Veronica was appointed to work on special projects such as Terrazas River Park Village and River Oaks Marina and Tower where she assisted with an aggressive lease up for both buildings in less than one year. Veronica worked closely with and coordinated marketing efforts for clients such as AREA Property Partners, Wood Partners and CC Residential.
In 2012, Veronica also spearheaded the Miami River District initiative and was able to create a unique identity for businesses along the Miami River. Working very closely with the Miami River Commision, Veronica was able to make this district official and have the name recongnition that it has today.
