Kathy began her career in New York in the financial world, where she rose to become an assistant to the Chairman of the Board of one of the largest CPA firms in the world.
She then entered the NYC real estate world, working with Prudential First and was top agent. She launched a new office for Coldwell Bamler, which she managed. She then transitioned to ERA and eventually owned a franchise under their name, which became one of the top 100 producing offices in the country. While in New York, she was on the Real Estate Board for the North Shore (Long Island) chapter as President and was on the president’s advisory board for Cendant. Kathy then brought her sphere of influence down to Florida, where she excelled at Williams Island Realty for ten years and created a coveted database of clients and co-brokers.
Kathy specializes in upper-end properties, specifically Gold Coast New York and now Florida. She has
a large group of influential clients – many from the northeast who look to purchase second and third homes in the South Florida market. Kathy’s philosophy is, “Customer service is number one for me. Everything else is secondary.”
Kathy is married with one daughter, who lives in Manhattan. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys exercising (specifically water aerobics) and playing with her poodle. Her favorite web site and TV show is Food Network.
