A combination of passion, international expertise, and community involvement make Madrinan the one to turn to for high-level real estate results. Madrinan has extensive experience with Colombian clients interested in real estate investment opportunities and residential pre-construction possibilities.

Madrinan has, most recently, acted as a real estate consultant in South Florida working closely with Colombian clients interested in residential pre-construction. He is a life-long advocate for people with disabilities. In the 1980’s, he was Special Events/Sports coordinator at the Bay Area Outreach Recreation Program in Berkeley, CA, followed by his role as The American with Disabilities Act Director for the City of Martinez. After moving to Miami, Madrinan worked at different non-profit organizations and eventually at Citibank, Miami.
